Duties:

Responsibilities Primary responsibilities may include:  Programming e learning course functionality using Flash, HTML, JavaScript, and XML  Developing content in e learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Lectora, Captivate, or other similar tools  Developing templates that can be easily used by other programmers  Quality assurance testing to ensure courses are working properly and meet client standards  Integrating e-learning courses with SCORM or AICC compliant learning management systems

Qualifications:

Qualifications The successful candidate will have many or all of the qualifications listed below:  Have a minimum of five years of experience in programming e-learning courses  Be an experienced programmer in several programming languages  Be able to learn to use new tools quickly with little assistance/supervision  Be client-focused, team-focused, flexible, organized, and detail oriented  Be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications  Bachelor of Science in computer science or similar field  Five years of experience with Flash programming  Two years experience with at least one server language such as ASP, PHP, or JSP  Experience administering and troubleshooting problems with computer systems
