| The Project Manager (Software) is responsible for managing the complete software development life cycle. The PM will be responsible for managing the tech team and holding the team accountable to deliver projects on time and on budget. Supports entire company from a technology perspective. |
Duties: |
Key job responsibilities:
Manage the technology team
Ensure that tech projects are delivered on time and on budget
Gather tech requirements for all projects
Project potential issues and variables for each individual project (what if scenarios)
Analyze, identify, and prioritize tech projects that align with company goals
Allocate resources to complete projects on time and on budget
Manage and direct QA efforts
Develop and manage work flow systems
Ability to gather and write requirements documents (Agile like user-stories)
Deep understanding and experience implementing Web 2.0 methodologies and programs
Demonstrate strategic leadership while having the ability to perform at a tactical level (not afraid to get hands dirty and get it done)
