LEONI EPS is a designer, manufacturer and installer of robotic dress products and systems. LEONI EPS is part of a group of companies (LEONI AG) listed on the German MDAX. Worldwide, LEONI employs around 53,000 people in 37 countries and generated consolidated sales of EUR 2.16 billion in 2009. LEONI develops and makes technically sophisticated products: from single-core automotive cables through to complete wiring systems with integrated electronics. LEONI AG was established in 1917. LEONI EPS was started in 1995 as EPS to serve the robot dresspack market of the North American automobile industry. LEONI EPS activities include design and fabrication of robotic cable/hose management systems (dresspacks) as well as the service support to install those systems. Recent widening of activities includes the “commissioning” of robots (function package) which covers installation and startup of other peripheral robot equipment in addition to the dresspack. After merging with Valentine Robotics, Inc. LEONI EPS also offers a wide range of trainings, robot and PLC programming as well as engineered projects, e.g. in the field of vision systems
