Job Description
Job Title: System Analyst 3
Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Translate business needs into technical specifications
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
Track and manage defects
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation
Assist with system demos and training materials
Requirement (3+ Years Each):
Business Analyst experience
Quality Assurance (QA) experience
Azure DevOps or similar tools (like JIRA)
Agile / Project Management methodologies
Creating as-is / to-be process documentation
Product roadmap development
Understanding BA, QA, and Development roles
Tools like Figma, Visio
