Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst / Benefits Analyst (NASCO)
Job Location: Detroit, MI
Job Type: Contract
Job Description/ Requirement:
Strong experience with NASCO 3270 Mainframe
Experience preparing and executing test claims for all lines of business
Strong knowledge of professional and facility medical claims
Ability to interpret business documents and translate them into business requirements
Knowledge of Medical Benefits and Payment Policy
Experience with NASCO Classic group benefits and claims processing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
Ability to read and interpret Benefit File Code, GENO Tables, Procedure & Diagnosis Files
Experience writing queries
Experience with Excel macros
Experience creating and updating CSR documentation
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3+ years of relevant business or technical experience
