Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR 10 plus years of experience in automation
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Applications, and Plant Floor Operations
• Proficient in Computer Programming Skills including SQL, HTML, and JAVA
• Strong problem-solving skills in Information Technology, network management, and system designs
• Experience supervising or leading teams
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Innovative thinker with a knack for problem-solving
• Exceptional presentation skills, both written and oral

Position Duties:

• Demonstrate strong Project Management skills within the controls automation environment
• Lead a team of engineers as required, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving project objectives
• Spearhead the execution, deployment, and integration of both hardware and software components
• Provide dedicated support to program goals during launch phases, ensuring adherence to standards in both build and process
• Lead or support Controls Coordinators, Launch Engineers, Simulation Specialists, Robot Specialists, and Automation Specialists
• Offer comprehensive management, tracking, resolution, follow-up, and reporting on project activities

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Microsoft Office Suite software programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Outlook, and SQL)
